El Desafío 2009: La lucha de las regiones. La revancha

The Desafío 2009: La lucha de las regiones (La revancha) is a reality show where there are three teams, eah of five people competingone another for $300' 000 000 pesos. Click here to access the Desafío's web page.

This is the TV Show I like the Least for the following reasons:

1. In these times of economical crisis and political disagreement with our neighbor contries -Venezuela and Equador- we shoul try to give, at least, the image that we are together as a Nation, and don't encourge TV shows where we fight among us.



Moreover, this reality fosters regionalisms, false stereotypes, and the wrong believe that we Colombians are in a non-finished idiological war one against another.



2. These kind of reality shows highlight the human misery and the lowest human passions: rage, anger, envy, conspiracy, treachery... if you don't believe me, please take a look at the expressions of the competitors' face, look at their eyes:




3. Finally, the Desafío 2009: La lucha de las regiones, is a waste of natural resources. They waste as much wood as they can in those structures for the conpetitions. Furthermore, we see how some competitors kill native species like babillas or little snakes because they feel in danger (the idea of being invading their territory never, ever cross their narrow minds).
